The Morrison/Felts Wedding:

LOVE this couple-what else can you expect when you blend a super sweet bride and a heroic fireman groom......An incredible couple! They radiate beauty and romance with a twist of comedic humor that made this wedding so much fun to shoot-not to mention the entire crew of groomsmen were also firemen!

The wedding and reception were held at Hermitage Golf Course in Hermitage, Tennessee. This was our first time shooting a wedding there and not only were we lucky enough to have a wonderful Bride and Groom-but the grounds at Hermitage Golf Course are incredible! And to top it all off their Wedding and Event Planner, Kara Torphy is amazing to work with! She makes you feel super comfortable like she has known you for years! She is AWESOME to work with and I cant say enough wonderful things about her-If you are looking for a Venue in the Nashville Area-You have to check out Hermitage Golf Course and Kara! :)

As usual I have not been very good at updating my blog....its so hard to remember to post things I have been working on....so here goes with me trying to be better at blogging again! Here are a few shots from an adorable infant session I photographed last month.....he was such a sweet baby I just HAD to put one of my little elf hats on him-I have tons of hats and accessories that I keep here at the studio to add that special touch to your babys photo session.

Wonderful news!!! As those of you who know me personally know...I have a HUGE passion for dance...As a "Retired" Competition Dance Mom and Mom of an incredible dancer..I love watching dance..Photographing it..pretty much anything to do with it...So this month brought some fantastic news! I am so honored to announce that Christopher Mohnani the Artistic Director for Dance Theatre of Tennessee has asked Me and Dale to serve on the Board of Directors! I LOVE being back in the Dance world and Christopher, Brian and Angela are incredible to work with! Im so excited to see all the things they will bring to the dance world and to our community and so happy to be a part of it!

NASHVILLE TALENT

One of my favorite things to do is support local Nashville Talent and if you live here you know there is a huge amount of incredibly talented people here! I am so lucky to be able to have some of them as clients and watch their careers grow. So I decided I will share them with you and Showcase several of my clients every month. My most recent talent shoot was with Jennay, I have know Jennay since she was like 6 years old and I actually thought she would grow up to be a comedian as she just cracked me up all the time! Even from a young age I think we all knew she was obviously going to grow up to be an entertainer of some sort! I cant wait to see where her path takes her in the music industry!

Abbott Photography named official Photographers of the Music City Stars Dance Team.

Abbott Photography is proud to announce our affiliation with the Music City Stars ABA Basketball Team as the official Photographers for the "Starlettes"!
